Rules of Engagement & Intellectual Property
1. Educational Nature of Content The University of Self (including the Substack, YouTube, and all associated materials) is an educational and philosophical project. While the Lead Architect, Leandro Bauzon, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and MBA, the content provided here is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute formal financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. A formal CPA-client relationship is only established through a signed Engagement Letter for specific consultancy services.
2. Intellectual Property The frameworks presented herein, including but not limited to the 48-module curriculum (GEN-101, POL-202, PRO-303, MYS-404), “The Hostile Narrator,” “The Velvet Hammer,” and “The Modern Codex”, are the proprietary intellectual property of Leandro Bauzon. Unauthorized commercial use or redistribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.
3. Enrollment & Conduct Subscription to this Substack is considered “Enrollment” in a self-paced curriculum. We reserve the right to vacate the “seat” (unsubscribe) of any student who engages in conduct that disrupts the classroom environment or violates the Sovereignty of other students.
4. March 23 Intake Enrollment in this Substack does not guarantee acceptance into the Strategic Intake business consultancy. All applications for 1-on-1 intervention are subject to a separate vetting process.
